Return, Refund & Resend Policy
Review eligibility for cancellations, refunds, resends, defective or incorrect items, shipping delays, and redelivery of made-to-order apparel.
Made-to-order products
Every item is produced on demand. Refund and resend eligibility depends on production status, fulfillment, delivery, and whether an item arrives defective or incorrect.
